Purchase options cancellation policy
Some of the products in our store may be available to you in the form of On sale or Pre-order. This cancellation policy specifies how to change or cancel such purchases.
On sale
When you purchase a product for sale, you can apply to cancel the order before the product is shipped. If you need to cancel the order, you can contact us at ask@yieon.art If your application is approved, you will be automatically refunded according to the original payment method within 10 working days.
Pre-order
When you make a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or about to be launched, but it is not yet in stock. We may collect the full payment or partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then complete and collect the full or remaining payment in the future.
You can cancel pre-orders that have not been made or shipped yet. If you need to cancel the order, you can contact us at ask@yieon.art. If your application is approved, you will be automatically refunded according to the original payment method within 10 working days. If the order has already been shipped or completed, you cannot cancel the order.
The order cannot be canceled in the following situations:
· Once your product is shipped, it cannot be canceled
· Personalized,adjusted to fit, customized, engraved products and made-to-order are not returnable.
· Anything purchased with a special code or discount is considered FINAL SALE and not returnable.
