HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

- Pre-orders: Orders are shipped within 10–14 business days from the date of purchase.
- Shipping times may vary due to factors such as flight availability, customs clearance, and security checks. The exact delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected shipping service.
- Standard shipping: 7–10 business days from the dispatch date.
- Express shipping: 3–5 business days from the dispatch date.
- If you order multiple items with different availability or shipping dates, your order may be split into multiple shipments or sent together on the latest shipping date.
- Delivery details will be provided in your order confirmation email. The estimated shipping timelines above do not account for unforeseen courier delays.
Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and certificates included.
- Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at ask@yieon.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return or exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Gift Returns
If you received a YIEON item as a gift, we can offer store credit or an exchange upon return, provided the item meets our return conditions.
